A quiet toy might pull his interest for a few minutes but in a setting where being quiet is important it just doesn't happen. It's difficult to see other kids his age with their arms folded and him wanting to run amuck.

Part of me thinks he is just an active little kid with a side of ADHD, part of me thinks we haven't taught him how to be quiet and now he just won't. I do believe the pandemic had a huge effect on this he had no reason to be quiet when he was at home all day.
