Cleveland IS amazing--everything I hear about him is that
is an incredible human.
My dad recently saw him at a funeral (my parents' ward--Cleveland was distant family of the widow, I believe) and afterward Cleveland was in the back by himself putting away chairs--nobody asked him or expected him to do that. My dad approached to say hello/thank you and said Coach treated him like a long lost friend--super kind, warm, and friendly.
Rumor has it that he was considered one of the best mission presidents out there when he was serving.
