I knew Kresh just a little bit at Y. I had roommates that knew him better.

He grew up in communist Yugoslavia. He hated USSR. I had the feeling he was also a bit homesick at the time. And while he couldn’t make $1 mil in Yugoslavia, he could make decent money. So he went home and led his country’s teams to their greatest international victories. And yes, he is truly a legend in Croatia. That’s what I know.
