They'd go after TCU - Dallas market attached to a team that is largely shedding its religiosity
Baylor is a tougher case. Beyond the religious aspects; though they've been very good at football in (some of) the recent years, they don't carry a lot of interest/fanbase.
AltimoreCollins actually estimated them as the smallest fanbase among the PAC12 and Big 12.
As in, the estimates have Wazzu having a 50% larger fanbase than Baylor. Even disregarding religion, I'm not sure they'd make it in. Which is a shame, given that they're a fantastic football team
