If that is true, and yes, it's only a rumor, but if it's in the ballpark, it's just a little around $22M per school (my $19M estimate was off). That's a similar relative drop from 35/19 ratio I mentioned.
I'm not holding hard to these numbers. I'm merely pointing out that the current rumors don't justify a lot of faith in P12 leverage over B12. Rather, the other way around seems far more likely.
