It doesn't seem like you've considered it. The point is that the recruits with
speed care about uniforms, and uniform changes. So, by producing these kinds of uniform reveals, BYU looks "big-time", which makes big-time recruits want to come play. It's not going to suddenly get all of those Alabama and Clemson recruits to switch to BYU, but then again, another low-level recruiting coordinator isn't either. But it can help sway the higher-end recruits on the bubble for us. Big-time recruits want to play for big-time programs. This uniform reveal looks big-time, particularly in the context of a game in an NFL stadium, against Notre Dame, where we are ranked. It's worth the money.
