The lodge is way cool. We would eat there every year. Sadly it looks like the NPS changed contracts and instead of an
"order" restaurant, it's more of a buffet. So you are playing $15/plate for Golden Corral potatoes and stale fries. Really kind of sad. I think the dinner still has a menu?
I'd try some of the mom & pop places around the area for lunches now.

Eat at the Pines too (homemade comfort food) and NOT at Ruby's Inn (horrible #10 can school lunch food).
