I can speak to Bryce
I own an Airbnb in Panguitch Utah which you will go through to get to Bryce. C-stop pizza in Panguitch is good pizza for a small town. The Cowboy Smokehouse is pretty good, the service can be a little slow but still good food.
If you have a chance, stop and enjoy Red Canyon, most people go right through in order to get to Bryce. The Golden Wall hike is one of my favorites. Also while in Bryce take the shuttle. Less worry about parking and it will get you most places you need to go.

Eat at the Pines too (homemade comfort food) and NOT at Ruby's Inn (horrible #10 can school lunch food).
