I get that BYU is unique and different and in some aspects it takes a strong mind set to come to BYU, put up with the weirdness that surrounds it and everything else. But there are athletes that are willing to do this... However for Sitake, Lamb and the coaches to bend the knee to their style of recruiting, really tells me that even they don't believe that they can't get better athletes at BYU and have to rely upon walkon's and measurable kids that aren't getting recruited.

This alone won't be fixed in a year... this will take a couple of years to correct and we'll probably need to tap the transfer portal more than we probably should. There simply is not enough to build upon right now... we are squarely behind the 8 ball right now heading into P5 play.
