Dumb. UNM research $ has gone up at the same rate as CU and Utah. Nobody cares

about your sports conference. The idea that schools would somehow lose research dollars by going to the B12 is ludicrous.

The difference is in enrollment from OOS applicants. If PAC football falls off a cliff they lose their best marketing tool to get OOS students. Look at UA and ASU for example, if they increase their enrollment numbers from Texas students they'd be getting a ton more money. Especially since they don't have an exchange agreement for tuition with Texas like they do for California.

Also Berkeley would be #1 if you included UCSF medical school.
