Houston was also at 25k/game
Which I think is an indication that home attendance isn't the be all end all.
I think we all feel that Houston was a better choice for expansion than East Carolina (40k), or South Florida (30k) or Boise St (35k) or Fresno St (39k) or SDSU (30k) or App State (34k)
It's frustrating when we're inconsistent and laugh at the PAC potentially adding a school with poor attendance....but ignore the Big 12 adding a school with the same attendance

I’ve never liked the Houston choice. It was dumb to add them and most of us have said that since the beginning

1) I doubt it did 2) who cares about markets? Markets don’t matter. Fanbases matter. Which is UCF’s strongest point

It’s not obvious. And there’s no data that says that it makes any real difference in college football.
