I think Vegas/gambling sites are the most accurate. They have no bias

They have Utah and Kansas State with the highest over/under on wins at 9.5. So I would say whoever is closest to that is probably most accurate. But a lot can happen in a season with injuries and luck and guys stepping up. Even a favorite probably only has 20% odds to win it.
