Agreed, but think that has gotten better…
I went in spring 2021 and had a similar experience. Weed/CBD shops everywhere, and similar vans parked everywhere. Very prevalent weed smell. But I just went last week again and think that has mellowed. Perhaps the pendulum has balanced out, and the place more fully recovered from COVID-19. Still plenty of those stores, but seemed much more balanced now to me with regular stores and restaurants. Obviously anecdotal.
