Ha, perhaps I didn’t have someone lowering my expectations. Also, I came from…
Directly from visiting Bangkok, and then Hong Kong, and then Beijing. And those two cities were so much more interesting and vibrant to me. So that played into it. Also, this was 6-7 years ago and only 4-5 days each place. So could be different now. And lots of pollution the days I was in Beijing.
