11 yo daughter showing recent signs of depression…any advice
Having a hard time getting out of bed.
Admitted to my wife she just feels sad all the time.
She was always been pretty anxious/high strung child, but it feels different the last couple of months…
She isn’t hitting puberty as far as we can tell, though I know this is a process. All my kids have been late bloomers.
She is my youngest and I have a total soft spot for her. It’s killing me as her Dad to not know how to help, or to “help” and feel
like it isn’t improving her situation.
Any advice?
