Harvey is a better blocker and better receiver.
For the record Jamaal is a stud, more explosive, and quite possibly a better runner. Unga played with significant injuries both his sophomore and junior years. Harvey almost singlehandedly carried the offense in 2007 as a freshman (Collie was a stud as well). Only better year by a BYU running back was probably Staley in 2001. Jamaal may top Unga but certainly not yet. It is likely that he won't ever have a year like Harvey's freshman year. If only Harvey didn't have those injuries, I don' think there would be any debate as to who is the best running back ever at BYU. None of this is disparaging to Jamaal. He is a stud.
