What Harvey had.

I don't have data to back this up, but as a casual fan, it seemed to me that Harvey was the best RB to ever play 3rd and short (except possibly Luke). Maybe it was his O-line line, but if it was 3rd down and 3, Harvey got it done. He could drag any defense a few yards.
