Their programs aren't part of the PAC 12 because they assembled a league (MPSF) that includes other prominent schools outside the PAC 12, such as UCSB, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, etc. But the PAC 12 schools are the most dominant in the league and have been in all the data that I can find.
