a 25 million $$ facility was promised, and 1 million $$ were spent getting
plans in 2006... the administration then threw everything in the way of it once it was approved... They promised the new coaching staff (when hired) again that the new facility would be built soon. They once again started telling recruits about it (they didn't really stop). They took the APPROVED plans into recruits homes. This makes BYU look very suspect and dishonest- especially when there are numerous people willing to donate and raise money but BYU refuses
