Swimming is not always a popular spectator sport, but it's a very popular
participation sport. Most youth swim meets are long, drawn out events, not great for spectators. It's organized chaos with hundreds of swimmers per session (often 4-5 sessions per meet). Multiple meets like this occur every weekend, year round, all over the country (and world, probably).

If that's your definition of "nobody", I guess you're right.
