Here's how I feel:

When comparing their sophomore years, Jamaal averaged an entire yard per carry more than Harvey did. This speaks to what I saw this season, Jamaal's speed, toughness, consistency, and quickness. As great as Harvey is, Jamaal is as great, if not greater.
