...I've watched them play USC and see the yewts play that game like it was circled on their calendar with the same energy, emotion and intensity they have when they play BYU and then I've watched them play other games that looked they forgot they were supposed to play that team and just woke up, dragged out of bed and was late getting to the stadium. The intensity and interest level difference was noticeable.
Don't worry, I believe that will all change when Kyle is gone after this season (providing Dr Hill hires a coach from outside the rivalry). Too bad Dr Hill didn't recognize the writing on the wall sooner and let Kyle go after the 2012 season so he could grab Gary Andersen before Wisconsin got him. He wasn't a coach at Utah that long so I don't know how loyal he feels (he also coached at SUU, etc) and if it would've been strong enough to keep him from taking the offer at a big time college football school with a track record of success like Wisconsin but I think if he would've taken the Utah job you'd be winning more in conference than you are now.
