I don't want players afraid to make mistakes. I want players to react and play
not second-guess every move. Players that hesitate are always a step too slow.
I'm ok with Bronco's approach. He demands a high level of effort and execution but doesn't crucify players for in-game mistakes. At some point you just have to let the players play.
