...I have to say one thing. I coach a youth team and I have a player that is a pretty good talent, but has a bit of an attitude problem, pouts when he doesn't play the entire game etc. The rest of the kids have their heads on pretty good. Even though he is more talented, I have a tough time starting the kid with the attitude over the others simply because I don't want to reward the attitude kid with more playing time assuming he will feel that his ability is more important than his behavior.

With the suspension of Blackmon, the subsequent tweet etc, I wonder if Bronco is "sticking to his guns" post suspension and not giving Blackmon all the reps he could be getting to ensure that he is consistent with his messaging of team rules? And perhaps as the season wears on and Blackmon shows truly "invested" in the program, his playing time will increase significantly. I don't know. I will say, there is some value in showcasing talent you don't normally get at BYU in what could be a special season as it may make others like said talent more willing to commit to BYU in the future knowing that at a minimum, if they obey the rules, they will be showcased.
