BYUI is better than you think
Not true. I went to BYUI and had multiple offers out, including a Big 4 accounting firm and a Fortune 500 corporation. BYUI actually has a phenomenal network and record of good placements at major companies. As for grad school, I'm currently at Texas A&M (superior to BYU in both academics and athletics), working on a PhD, and there are multiple people in my field that are graduates of BYUI (not Ricks), that have since completed PhDs at very good schools, and in a relatively short period of time considering how new BYUI is. Your argument is completely out of place and has no merit. Frankly BYU is also considered a teaching school more than a research school itself. I'm a BYU sports fan, but have been getting annoyed with many fans lately.
