BYU Idaho rides the coattails of BYU
That is almost exclusively the reason for the success students from BYU Idaho achieve. And just because you and a few other students have had good offers and got into good grad programs doesn't mean that BYU-I is the reason. Kids from UVU and Eastern Washington University get good job offers and accepted into top grad programs sometimes. It happens. At BYU it happens a lot more because of the reputation of the school. It happens at BYU-I more often than most would expect because of the affiliation with BYU. I went to BYU-I for year and have several siblings who graduated from there.
