Most of it is the same, but...
yes, curfew does exist in Rexburg, and it is at a very reasonable time. I fail to see the problem. As for the rest of the honor code, it is almost exactly the same as at BYU and not a problem to people living an LDS lifestyle. Flip-flops and shorts are the only other differences I'm aware of (applicable about 10% of the time), and I find it hard to understand making a major life decision based on that.
