Look, BYU comes close enough at times to reasonably think that they can
compete more frequently or quite consistently with the top National Programs if they can get a few more things right.
The stuff you say may or may not be true, and i am proud of BYU's "character" and all, but I think they can do better despite the handicaps (if you want to call them that).
It will take more overall talent and a few more superstars and probably some better coaching (more money).
Also, long term they probably need to be in a conference.
It doesn't take a genius to figure this out.
If Bronco can't get them to that point, he should probably move on. Its really not a big deal.
