need to figure out and address. It could be as simple as not giving appropriate reps in practice, spring ball or bowl prep or maybe it is something with coaching.

I have no clue. Maybe they did develop and just weren't that good. I dont' know.

Not necessarily. Even Elite 11 QB recruits are 50/50 at best.
