The line is eventually going to move
The college line is shorter than the FIBA and the NBA line. When the three point line first came into effect I asked a coach "if he had any three point shooters?". His reply was priceless. He said he had 13 guys that could shoot the three pointer. Then he said, "ask me how many can make them."
