My number one complaint with basketball rule enforcement is related to jump ball calls. If a player is already on the ground with said basketball, why can other players immediately tackle, jump on top of, wrap around from behind them, kick, step on, smash, body check, MMA, etc... and get a jump ball call 98% of the time. Someone with a basketball IQ smarter than mine, please explain this one to me.
