about basketball. Way too many rewards for fouling, particularly at the end of games which drags games on forever and cheapens games. Because the penalty for fouling is so minor, we always have to worry about the best players sitting the whole first half after 2 fouls, and we are way more angry with refs because players are motivated to play way more aggressive and it is very difficult for refs to see fouls with so much contact going on.

I would be fine with a free throw and the ball out of bounds. Or maybe the choice to shoot two. Like you shoot the first, and then decide if you want another, or the ball out of bounds.

And the one-and-one's? Ridiculous. You should never only get one shot if you are fouled.
