Another I'd like to see.

In the NBA, if there is a foul and the shot clock is past 14 seconds, then the shot clock just goes back to 14, instead of 28. In college, if you get fouled with under 15 seconds, it should go back to 15 instead of bailing teams out with a foul when they had 2 seconds on the shot clock and giving them 35 seconds.
