Why can a player fly into the lane out of control and have it be a block just because the defender has his heels on some line? That is completely contrary to the intent of the rule. It was put into the NBA to promote high flying out of control dunks. I don't care if the defender is standing on the baseline, if the shooter flies out of control into him it should be a charge call.
