I think he varies between average and above average. Some games he's an above

average coach (OU, UT, UT), but other times looks average at best (USU, UNR, BSU). I would say the one thing that would be a big improvement for the program would be consistency. Some games the team looks very prepared and focused, but other games they look like they're just mailing it in with some real head-scratcher decisions.
