Not only is there absorption of their Direct payment contract of BYU...

approx $6-$10MM, I am willing to bet a lot of money that the profitability of each BYU game that is broadcasted is much higher for BYU... Basing this on the fact that BYU offers up its BYUTV broadcasting services, employees and trucks for home and away games, this makes broadcasting these games so much easier for ESPN (or Fox)... All they really need to do is send out their broadcasters and a few more people.
