in addition to whoever does get in. 12 teams of inventory versus 13 teams of inventory. So, it's not really an apples to apples comparison anyway. There is a different denominator if you're trying to compare paying $XX to get broadcasting rights to YY games verses $ZZ to get rights to YY+6 games.
