It is irrelevant as a factor in whether to add them, because that is about relative value. If they are added, then yes, of course, the total amount they would have to pay would be reduced by that amount. My point is just that I don't think people citing this reduction as a compelling reason to add BYU have a cogent argument, because for that argument I believe it is irrelevant, for the reasons I've stated above.
