I think this was a contributing factor for Anae in his decision not to reapply for his job, and for him to return both Doman and Reynolds had to be gone. I have to give credit to Anae. He learned some wise lessons during that time and it made him a better coach. It polished some of his rough edges and helped him raise his game in some key areas.
