That's PP's modus operandi...

...and when you point it out to him (because he realizes he's been nailed) he proceeds to inundate you with a boatload of fallacies of logic. It's really exhausting and that's his aim, he never quits trotting out fallacies until you finally are exhausted, can't keep up with all the turns and twists and quit. He's really quite good at it.
