I watched you guys dismantle Va Tech last year (maybe 2 years ago) in Blacksburg and got to know ECU from that point on. Your team is well coached, has great athletes, and competes at a high level. I personally would love to have a series renewal and keep playing this game. It would be great for both programs.

I didn't read a ton of this thread, but a couple thoughts from my perspective.

Our fans, like any, lose a lot of hope when we lose a couple. All things considered, I think a healthy portion of our fans are happy with being at 3-2 given a) our Sep schedule and b) playing without Taysom. It is difficult for us to sellout games against opponents we aren't as familiar with and has been since we went independent. Still, there will be 60k there Saturday.

BYU is definitely better with pocket passers. Bronco likes to get after the QB, be super aggressive, and if a mobile QB can slip the pressure than they can do some damage.

Our injury situation has been rough, we literally went from 6 RB's in spring to having only 1 at 100%. 2-3 others will try to play, but they are banged up. We are roughed up in the secondary, are starting QB is obviously out for the year, and our stud nose tackle has missed a few weeks. Hopefully we get the NT and a couple RBs ready to roll tomorrow.

Michigan had us completely lost with aggressive blitzes and physical coverage.

I think BYU would have to see a little more come to the AAC. As I am sure you understand, we left the MWC because we had accomplished what we could there. Don't want to be back in that position.
