We can agree to disagree then. Your initial post indicated that in state ECU was "easily 5th" in the state. Our attendance averages blow Wake and Duke out of the water and have for over 20 years. I grew up in Winston Salem, which is where Wake Forest is located and no one followed them (even in their Orange bowl season ECU had a higher attendance average). No one outside of New Jersey follows Duke football so again I think to any casual NC football fan ECU is firmly 3rd. Now if you want to talk about overall athletics with Duke's large basketball following that is another issue, but on strictly football we're 3rd.
