Strong connections to ECU

Having grown up in Elizabeth City, NC about 70 miles up the road from Greenville, ECU was the choice of most of the kids in my high school for college. One of my high school friends Willard Butch Colson excelled as a fullback at ECU many years ago.

Two of my granddaughters have attended ECU with one of them being a freshman this year.

I was fortunate enough to get to go to BYU and graduate. As such I will be rooting for BYU to win but otherwise I root for ECU.

I currently reside in the Wake Forest, NC area just north of Raleigh.
