Which brings us to the next question. Why is some kid drinking beer or having

sex related to whether or not he can play football? I completely understand taking away football for breaking the law but taking away football for "moral transgressions" seems really odd to me. Many of these kids that get fairly stiff penalties from BYU are good kids and would be considered choir boys at most other places. Yet BYU takes away football and sometimes education. The HC is dumb and to me is not at all what repentance and the atonement is about. It is much more about forced action, fear/control. Of course that's just my opinion.
