Moral or word of wisdom issues should be handled between bishop or clergy and not involve the school at all.
If you want it to be part of the HC then fine, but the instruction to the student should be to encourage them
to seek counsel with their religious authority. Unfortunately the current system does lead to unveiling and it's not because the student wants it that way, and then he/she gets the scarlet "A" treatment by the media.
