I'm not unhappy with the quality of machinist. I'm very unhappy with the quality of teachers. I want to pay
them more and I'm willing to pay more in taxes to do it. I hope more will agree with me and we can raise taxes, cut administrative expense, and use the increases to hire and retain more great teachers.
