If my spouse and I worked and both taught in say Wyoming, I would
say that is a much better option than an attorney, assuming you like teaching.

If my wife and I taught where I live for 10 years we would be making a $150 (salary not benefits) combined and have the summers off to pursue other interests. That is a lot better option than attorney for most people.

Would that work in Utah or Idaho? I don't think so because i believe your salaries are still low, but there are good options out there.
