Funny this very thing has been bothering me lately
Posted about this just the other day:
And just ate at ANOTHER place, where the screen came up and asked for a tip. I had to press "no tip" in front of the cashier. I don't think tipping should be encouraged at fast food, or even fast casual places. It's getting to be ubiquitous and ridiculous.
PS Why should I tip before any service or food has been delivered? If I'm going to tip it's going to be after the service and food have proven themselves to be deserving.

I hope the waiter/waitress spits in your food when you go out to eat. You can go ahead and try and argue why it's ok..

I think that if people want to not tip in a sit down restaurant they should tell the waiter beforehand
