Yeah, but nobody cares if they tip.
Waiters and waitresses have little power in these discussions. People care if they buy alcohol, rent fancy hotel rooms, etc. Tipping isn't important, although I agree that it may be an indicator of a bigger problem, that BYU fans are cheap. BigYFan certainly is.

I hope the waiter/waitress spits in your food when you go out to eat. You can go ahead and try and argue why it's ok..

I think that if people want to not tip in a sit down restaurant they should tell the waiter beforehand
