We just got 3 more days added

But it's always a use it or lose it which makes Christmas time very non-productive.
I actually don't think my company tracks vacation time.
I've always hated the use it or lose it because I'm never able to spend all my vacation time but overall I think they have a generous policy on work flexibility.
